The triple action filter works in three ways:
1. The cotton mesh removes hair, sediment, and debris (including food)
2. Active carbon removes odour and impurities
3. Ion exchange resin helps soften tap water by filtering out excess calcium and magnesium which can help prevent urinary tract disease
